Why don't reintroduce the recording on Dropbox?

Why don’t reintroduce the recording automatically saved on Dropbox (or somewhere else)?
…and why don’t add an option to record only the voices… that would mean a very lighter mp3 file?

Dropbox support has not been dropped (no pun intended). It is disabled on meet.jit.si because it incurs a cost to us and we’d rather not foot that bill.
