Where to see changes/fixes implemented in upgrades?

Today, 11 april 2020, there was an upgrade of the following packages:
jicofo jitsi-meet jitsi-meet-prosody jitsi-meet-web jitsi-meet-web-config jitsi-videobridge2
Is there a place, where I could see what changes/fixes have been implemented in an upgrade?

Another question. Does anybody know if the file
/usr/share/jitsi-meet-web-config/config.js (which seem to have been updated)
is a kind of example-file for the file
/etc/jitsi/meet/my.domain.example-config.js??
Or is it the default config, that can be overruled by /etc/jitsi/meet/my.domain.example-config.js??

This is the template file used only when installing and iit goes to /etc/jitsi/meet/my.domain.example-config.js with few replaces.
