When there are more than 2 people, the camera and the microphone are deactivated
Or simply by opening 3 tabs
I added the lines
org.ice4j.ice.harvest.NAT_HARVESTER_LOCAL_ADDRESS = 172.17.1.xxx
org.ice4j.ice.harvest.NAT_HARVESTER_PUBLIC_ADDRESS = 194.xx.3x.1xx

In /etc/jitsi/videobridge/sip-communicator.properties
But it does not change anything

My os is Debian Buster

Thank you

Have you forwarded port udp 10000 from 194.xx.3x.1xx to 172.17.1.xxx, also make sure no firewall is blocking that port.

NAT and firewall level, it’s OK. In any case, for TCP / 4443 and UDP / 10000 ports, not for the huge range between 10000 and 20000.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem. All is good for 2 users, when a third user join the meeting image and sound cuts. In jvb.log i can see some errors like that :

When there are 2 Users, i have read that P2P is used, and when three, the meeting will go in JVB. So i think it’s what goes wrong but i don’t know where to search …

thanks for your help

Personally I don’t have an error message in the logs

and my server is NOT behind NAT, it has his own public ip address.
