I would like to call a vote for granting Jaya Allamsetty commit access to the GitHub repositories of the Jitsi community.
Jaya has been a contributor to Jitsi since August. She previously worked at Vidyo for 8 years, focused on developing and testing their RTC stack. She immediately applied her experience to Jitsi by optimizing the blur effect for jitsi-meet, as well as digging deep into TensorFlow in general. She followed up with her accumulated TensorFlow knowledge by shipping picture-in-picture screen sharing. Between tasks she has addressed screen sharing performance issues and is now tackling WebRTC Unified Plan support in lib-jitsi-meet, which should bolster jitsi-meet’s Firefox and Safari support.
So therefore, according to the commit access procedure, I am calling this vote on granting Jaya her commit access to our GitHub repositories.
Note: Votes from non-developers (non-binding votes) are encouraged since they show the general opinion of the Jitsi community.
