I would like to call a vote for granting Horatiu commit access to the GitHub repositories of the Jitsi community.
Horatiu is currently employed by 8x8, Inc and has been contributing to Jitsi for a while now.
Horatiu has worked on improvements for the Jitsi Iframe API, the chrome extension banner and the Jitsi Meet dynamic branding in the Jitsi Meet project. He has also contributed many improvements and fixes for the always on top window and the power monitor utilities in the jitsi-meet-electron-utils project.

He’ll continue working on improving Jitsi as a main focus henceforth.
So therefore, according to the commit access procedure 1, I am calling this vote on granting him commit access to our GitHub repositories.
