Video has been turned off to save bandwidth after update

Hi,

I have a self hosted Jitsi service, and recently switched to version 6865 and I see this problem often that the video turns off with the message “Video has been turned off to save bandwidth”.
And sometimes after about half an hour everyone in a meeting get this error, regardless of their connection quality, so it looks like there is a problem with JVB.
Do you have any suggentions? What (OS, Docker. JVB, …) configs should i use?

this is my setup:
OS: ubuntu 18.04
Jitsi version: 6865
deployed on docker

For us this mostly happens with users using Firefox browser and slower connections. When they switch to Chrome ore Edge the problems vanish.
