Video and audio not working

I’m Antonella from Argentina.
Today we tried to do a class at 18.30 and audio and video of all participants didn’t work.
We did a previous class before that time and it worked perfectly.

The problems starts when we are more than 7 or 8 participants.

Hope you can give an answer.

I’m hoping it’s a temporary problem. I had the same issue this morning. Some participants were able to leave and rejoin with audio and video working, but one never did get his audio or video to work.
