Using Jitsi to call one person only like a phonecall :)

Hello everyone,

Maybe a stupid question but i am very new :
Can i download and install jitsi between 2 android phones and just use it to call from my phone to my friends phone (like a regular phone call)

Welcome to the forum. Nope, there is no calling feature. You exchange a link one way or another where you both join. It is a rendezvous service. Most common usecase is adding a link to a meeting in a calendar event and invite guests.
