Use with TurboBridge.com?

Would I be able to install this, and create a video conference that uses the audio from TurboBridge via SIP? This way people can call in to TurboBridge for audio, or join the video conference and still get the same audio.

Would they still be able to “raise their hand” in Jitsi and it show them as a raised hand in TurboBridge?

If that service can handle sip devices to connect you can use jigasi to connect to it, but there is no further integration.
