Can you tell me please if I install Jitsi Meet on my own server to use for my website, the members will have better vide quality than integrating https://meet.jit.si/external_api.js ?

Depends on the resources you have and how close to your clients is the server, the closer the better.

I want to install on Cloud Server, i test already with the JavaScript integration, the quality is really bad than Teams. If I get my own server maybe can I have the same quality ? For customer is only inside country, not worldwide.
