Update on alpha.jitsi.net is breaking the local compiled frontend (tag 4566)

I forked this GitHub - jitsi/jitsi-meet: Jitsi Meet - Secure, Simple and Scalable Video Conferences that you use as a standalone app or embed in your web application. in December 2020 and have been making tweaks to it. When running it locally it has been fine, but all of a sudden I am getting this error in my browser:

[JitsiMeetJS.js] <Object.getGlobalOnErrorHandler>: UnhandledError: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined Script: https://localhost:8080/libs/app.bundle.min.js?v=4779 Line: 287112 Column: 93 StackTrace: TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined
at Function._mapStateToProps [as mapToProps] (https://localhost:8080/libs/app.bundle.min.js?v=4779:287112:93)

The devServerProxyTarget is https://alpha.jitsi.net in webpack

It should be working with latest master, right? … If that is the case then there can be incompatibility in older code or your modifications which you need to fix.

Yes Damencho, it is working with the latest Master if I set XMPP_CROSS_DOMAIN to true. No luck with Alpha, thanks.

same issue here… any fix?

Had to host the Master branch on a server and enable XMPP_CROSS_DOMAIN.
