Hello all hoping to get some assistance on an issue that my google fu is not really finding. I am trying to get jitsi going and I have an openfire backend server running smoothly. Connect via ldap and everything works great until I go to join a chat room that is created on the openfire server, and then it dumps the history of the chat and after that taking awhile (as I have 2 weeks archiving on the server) it seems to be loaded except now it appears to be unresponsive to any typing input. Cycling between tabs works, right clicking works, and the desktop and other applications are still responsive so I know it’s not locking the machine up. It’s only once I go into the chat room that all typing inside of jitsi ceases to function. Any help is greatly appreciated.
