Turn Over 443 With An Apache Proxy

Assume I need to run Jitsi over TCP. Nginx proxy helps us understand the TCP Turn traffic and with the help of this, we can communicate over TCP with Nginx as told here: Setting up TURN · Jitsi Meet Handbook .
But what can we do with an Apache proxy? Is there a way to “ssl_preread” tcp streams and forward them to turn port when needed, so we can communicate over TCP with Apache proxy?
I couldn’t find an answer on the internet, it seems Apache doesn’t support this but I wanted to be sure.

By the way,
The coturn is set up and configured.
I have to use Apache proxy(I can’t switch to nginx proxy)

I think this is not possible with Apache.
