Troubleshooting Turn and Jitsi

We are looking for someone who can help us to troubleshoot a jitsi and turn server installation where there are users from one organization that can connect to the meeting but cannot see video or hear audio.
Our knowledge and idea on what to try has run out and we need to solve this problem ASAP.

We are also looking for a “jitsi technician/expert/consultant” for continious work for us.
