There are two different documents containing Jitsi’s Terms of Service:

  2. https://community.jitsi.org/tos
    Why and which one prevails?

It’s number 1 that counts. I’m not sure where the secondd one came from, but thanks for rbinging it to our attention. I’ll make sure we do something about it.

Sorry, my mistake. The first link appliess to the service running on meet.jit.si, the latter applies to this very site, just the forum.
