We are currently working with an agency in the UK to develop a custom tool based on Jitsi, but more than 2 years in, we still have countless issues which we believe are due to their lack of knowledge.
We are looking for an agency/ developer to take over.

Can you ellaborate a little. Which complexity you are facing or how large is/will be your setup. As we’re also working, customizing with jitsi for 3 years and using it for internal conference, webinar.
