System requirements and meeting size

I realize that requirements can be difficult to put into exact numbers. However, I have a question about the documentation here:

Is it possible to get a better idea of what the size terms mean? How many people is a “very small” meeting vs a “small” meeting? What is a “big” meeting?

Very small 3 to 4 participants. Small 10-15 … A big meeting is up to 500.
And these again are very rough with no test data to back that up …
