Supporting 1000 users in private live stream

How do I support 1000 users on a private (business specific) live stream with jitsi with YouTube? I read that the maximum numbers of user that can view the YouTube private live stream is 50.

Are there other streaming services I can use like - Twitch?

This is not implemented in Jitsi Meet yet (streaming to other services than YouTube) but there is a workaround if you self-host, see this post :
