Is the error around the time when it stopped working or from the beginning of the log file?
Sometimes after installing such errors can be seen in the logs, till everything starts up and start working.
Apparently jvb cannot connect to the prosody component port (5347).

After video call stopped working this error was there in logs. It all occurred suddenly I didn’t change anything in settings.

Here are browser logs :
modules/xmpp/moderator.js] <d._allocateConferenceFocusError>: Focus error, retry after 1000 conference.js] <G._onConferenceFailed>: CONFERENCE FAILED: conference.focusDisconnected focus.videobridge1.domain.com

Seems jicofo got disconnected, you need to check jicofo logs around that time.

I am getting “connection refused” error in jicofo logs

Can you please help me resolving this issue ?

After restarting Jicofo it get connected and then throw error connection refused

Your jicofo is trying to connect to the xmpp server on host videobridge1.mydomain.com and port 5347. Make sure the host is correct and there is no firewall blocking the connection on that port.

I checked those things everything is right. It was working fine but suddenly it stopped working.
