Start a new meeting problem

Hi All,

I’ve installed Jitsi on ubuntu 18.04 LTS follow this instructions: https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/how-to-create-your-own-video-conference-using-jitsi-meet-on-ubuntu-1804/
There is no problem with the installations.
After installations, I tried to test using web browser (Chrome). when I click go on “start a new meeting” window, the widow didn’t display the camera and then I got message: “You have been disconnected. Rejoin now”.

Need your advice for this problem.

You need to open the javascript developer console and check what is the error you see, normally it is either jicofo or videobridge not available and then you need to check that component logs and see why it is not running or not connected.
