Squashed volume slider for non moderator if chat disabled

Testing out the latest stable build – 2.0.6826 – and noticed that when chat is disabled, the volume slider on remote video menu are not sized correctly for users with no moderator controls since there is no other content in menu to push out the width.

The same behavior on remote video thumbnail in filmstrip as well as in grid view.

PR raised with a proposed fix:

For anyone else impacted by this, a quick and dirty temp fix would be to add something like the following to /usr/share/jitsi-meet/head.html:

  }
