I have seting the apt proxy ,I used a proxy to connect repo.

Check out this post:

I found that when I do not set APT to use proxy to access Jitsi deb repo, I can successfully execute apt update, but when I set APT to use proxy (Clash for Mac/Windows), there will be problems
root@alpha:~# cat /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/proxy.conf.bak
Acquire::http::Proxy “htp://192.168.4.229:7890/”;
Acquire::https::Proxy “htps://192.168.4.229:7890/”;
root@alpha:~#
alias setproxy="export https_proxy=htp://192.168.4.224:7890;export http_proxy=htp://192.168.4.224:7890;export all_proxy=socks5://192.168.4.224:7890;echo “Set proxy successfully” "

alias unsetproxy="unset http_proxy;unset https_proxy;unset all_proxy;echo “Unset proxy successfully” "

No Proxy
