Even if you check remember password, after some time, some users report that they are asked for it again. Whey does this happen?

Must be the cache or something. Are you force shutting down the pc?
The only way the sip provider decides about wrong password when it receives two consecutive authorization failed errors. During authentication just one is sent, but we had seen reports for that … maybe in a spotty network conditions a retry is re-sent and that causes the problem … maybe.
Maybe enabling tcp may improve it, not sure.
