Which prosody version is this?

O I see it is trunk 747. What, do you have some muc components in your config which is without defined storage? They need to be with storage = "null". Same as the default one https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-meet/blob/master/doc/debian/jitsi-meet-prosody/prosody.cfg.lua-jvb.example#L28

Thank you @damencho . It was previously mentioned storage = “none” and in previous versions it was keep going as it is. Now changing none to null has resolved the issue.
