Sip gateway enabled: false when using Jigasi

Hi,

After following the jigasi quick install, I’m still having issues getting it to work and the + icon is not showing. In the chrome console, the following message is shown which indicates a problem with jicofo not connecting to jigasi or similar

Sip gateway enabled: false

My configurations look like this. Am I missing anything?

prosody

Component "focus.MYDOMAIN"
    component_secret = "PASS1"

jicofo

JICOFO_HOST=localhost
JICOFO_HOSTNAME=MYDOMAIN
JICOFO_SECRET=PASS1
JICOFO_PORT=5347
JICOFO_AUTH_DOMAIN=auth.MYDOMAIN
JICOFO_AUTH_USER=focus
JICOFO_AUTH_PASSWORD=PASS2
JICOFO_OPTS=""
JAVA_SYS_PROPS="-Dnet.java.sip.communicator.SC_HOME_DIR_LOCATION=/etc/jitsi -Dnet.java.sip.communicator.SC_HOME_DIR_NAME=jicofo -Dnet.java.sip.communicator.SC_LOG_DIR_LOCATION=/var/log/jitsi -Djava.util.$

jigasi settings

  JIGASI_OPTS=""
  JIGASI_HOSTNAME=MYDOMAIN
  JIGASI_HOST=localhost
  JAVA_SYS_PROPS="-Djava.util.logging.config.file=/etc/jitsi/jigasi/logging.properties"

Fixed. it was a configuration/password issue with prosody.

Hi @nados, can you show me how to config prosody user/pass.
I check prosody log and it show

“Component not connected, bouncing error for: iq id=‘2PvGJ-2744’ type=‘get’ to=‘callcontrol.my-domain’ from=‘focus@auth.my-domain/focus2222988667261177’”

And here is jigasi log when start it:

maybe try modifying the file here with the correct password: /etc/prosody/conf.d (not the localhost)
