well did I learn a lot about Linux + Ubuntu.
A kernel upgrade broke my network connectivity and after
pulling out all my hair trying to fix it, I found out about the
bug in the kernel upgrade only today. I also learned that I
could boot an older kernel by using the Grub menu.
This is also a good lesson to always keep the last two kernels
and not purge them to save room.
So I immediately tested again, and attach the logs.
