[sip-comm-dev] Video support in Linux crashes

#1

After some time I tested video support on my system (OpenSuse 11.2, V4L2 video
subsystem) and got a real nice crash - including a kernel ooops that forced a
reboot.

Did somebody had a similar experience? Otherwise I would try to check if the kernel oops
is already known.

The kernel oops happen only when using SC with video, not when using luvcview or gstreamer
to connect to video camera and display live video.

Regards,
Werner

I've reported this problem as a kernel problem albeit SC may have problems
here as well  .
