I am integrating SIP Communicator with a JAVA app I am developing.
Everything is working correctly but I noticed that when a video call is
established and video is displayed in a 384 x 244 pixels new frame with
codec H263 I get the video from the other side in its original size (ie.
1,3megapixels) cut from the top-left corner, so I am loosing part of the
I have been looking through the code if there were any variables or
functions I could modify but I did not get anything.
I modified net.java.sip.communicator.impl.media.CallSessionImpl.java (lines
1816 - 1844) but that only affected to the frame containing the video, not
to the video image. I also
modified net.java.sip.communicator.impl.media.MediaControl.java (lines 928 -
946) with no results.
What I want to do is: If I want a QCIF video quality in a conference inside
a frame and one of the video devices is sending video at 1,3megapixels, SIP
Communicator should resize the image it gets from the device to QCIF format.
Is it possible?
