SIP Communicator Devs,

I just finished writing up a report analyzing the survey results from the
multi-protocol user survey Raphael and I ran as part of my Season of Usabily
project. The report, which sumarizes the key findings and offers some design
recommendations based on the results can be read here:
http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=dgfhvpvg_36gppkb2g5. I have also made the
SurveyMonkey report summary available here:
http://sip-communicator.org/wiki/pub/uploads/Development/SurveySummary_08042008.pdf;
as well as the raw spreadsheet results:
http://sip-communicator.org/wiki/pub/uploads/Development/RawData_Spreadsheet.xls.
If you have any questions about the survey or results then please feel free
to contact me (mikeoren@gmail.com). In addition, I will be in the SIP
Communicator IRC channel on Thursday from 16:00-17:00 UTC+1 to discuss these
results, answer any questions that any of you have.

Thank you,
