[sip-comm-dev] Re: svn commit: r6859 - trunk/src/net/java/sip/communicator/impl/neomedia: codec/video device

Hello Seb,

Thank you!

What I make of the screenshots is that the video is not only pixelated
but also has incorrect aspect ratio. I guess I'm setting an incorrect
outputSize to SwScaler. Could I please ask you to output the
outputSizes that get set to SwScaler and, if possible, to match them
with user actions (e.g. maximizing the calldialog, going fullscreen,
etc.)? I've put a logger.debug line in SwScaler#setOutputFormat so you
could try to enable the logger debug level.

Best regards,
Lubo

At the beginning of the video session, I have setOutputSize with 352x288. Then very shortly after when I can see the desktop image it changes to 695x434. In fullscreen mode output size is 884x552.

Seb,

Thank you once again!

I'd very much appreciate it if you could test r6860 and report whether
it has an effect on the issue.

Lubo

Hi

I tested and I have half of the display that is black and the other is not "clean" at all.

For the size in window mode: first 352x288 then 695x434 after 352x288 again, 695x568, 757x473 and finally 696x435.
In fullscreen: 1158x723 then 911x569.

Here the screenshots.
