[sip-comm-dev] Problems Sip Communicator using VPN

#1

Hi folks:

I use SIP Communicator to make videocalls between users all
based on IMS. I have an IMS core and users register in the core using a VPN
client. Users have no problem registrating, making calls or sending messages
but when users send video RTP, there is a mismatch because SDP body has an
IP assigned by a router (something like 192.168.1.x) instead of IP using in
FROM field in SIP Header.

I made the same test with other SIP Clients and using the
same IP (in SIP Header and SDP body). Is it possible to change that in
source code?

If you have doubts or you don't know what I mean, please
contact me.

Thanks in advance and regards,

Javier Arenales

Hey Javier,

That sounds a bit strange. Could you please send us a tcpdump trace of
your session?

Sending over the log files could also help.

Thanks,
Emil
