[sip-comm-dev] Problem using setText()

#1

Hi,

When I use the method *setText()* in the *ChatWritePanel* with the *content
type set to text/html* in the text that is sent I get an additional empty
line in the *HTML head tag*. Any explanation and how do i get rid of that???

Thank you...!!!!

Regards,
Isuru

Hi Isuru,

Can you please print your text just before sending it (for example in ChatPanel.sendInstantMessage) and tell me if you have this empty line there (or it comes after going through the server) ? In the latter case could you please tell me which protocol you're using.

Cheers,
Yana

Hi Yana,

I did as you said, it comes after the message has gone through the server.
