[sip-comm-dev] OpenYMSG

#1

The following is taken from the OpenYMSG source project (http://sourceforge.net/projects/openymsg/):

"OpenYMSG is an open source Yahoo Messenger API implementation. It began as a fork of jYMSG, primarily to upgrade the API. It is intended to get you up and running with a simple Yahoo Messenger client in very little time."

Is there any reason SIP Communicator hasn't moved to OpenYMSG?

Hi,

the current state of the openymsg is that it has some functionalities broken in trunk and so our tests are failing.
But we have plans moving to it, but it will take some time. Recently I became a developer there and started committing some features we need and that were missing in openymsg.

Cheers
