[sip-comm-dev] Issue 819

#1

Hi,

in addition to bug issue 819 I reported some weeks ago on Windows clients,
today I've tried to stablish a videoconference between 2 Windows clients
with the latest version of sip communicator downloaded from the svn
repository to check if the error was still there and I get the two log files
attached.

The steps I follow to reproduce that error are:

   1. Rebuild sip communicator (ant rebuild)
   2. Run sip communicator (ant run)
   3. Call to the other Windows user extension
   4. Click on the camera button
   5. The error appears in the command line window
   6. Click agaon on the camera button
   7. Finish call
   8. Close sip communicator

Can you tell me anything about that issue??

Thank you,

Juanvi Martínez

Hi Juanvi,

We are aware that videocall with webcam is broken on Windows. We are currently working on a native DirectShow capture device for Windows. Normally this work should be commited and available this week.
