[sip-comm-dev] file marked as a binary type.

#1

Hi,
I just encountered a problem when I was trying to create a patch with
changes to swing.ui.manifest.mf in the impl.gui package.
When I look at the patch I just created i see this:

Index: src/net/java/sip/communicator/impl/gui/swing.ui.manifest.mf

···

===================================================================

Cannot display: file marked as a binary type.

svn:mime-type = application/octet-stream

So i googled a bit and found a way (in eclipse) to change/remove that
property, but then the patch looks like this:

Index: src/net/java/sip/communicator/impl/gui/swing.ui.manifest.mf

===================================================================

Cannot display: file marked as a binary type.

svn:mime-type = application/octet-stream

Property changes on:
src\net\java\sip\communicator\impl\gui\swing.ui.manifest.mf

___________________________________________________________________

Modified: svn:mime-type

   - application/octet-stream

   + text/plain

So I still cant get any output.

Any suggestions on how to proceed or why the file has that property to begin
with?

Regards
Linus

I just removed the property and svn diff seems to behave as expected now.
