[sip-comm-dev] Call problems

#1

Hi, I'm trying to solve some problems with sip-communicator.

I created a sip account. Then I called from my sip account in sip-communicator to another sip-account in a ip-phone. But when the call is accepted in the ip-phone, the call is finished automatically (I have no idea why ). So I cannot even start to talk. This is the big problem.

However, if the one in the ip-phone calls me I can talk perfectly. (I've tryed this ip-phone talking to other softphones and works perfectly, so this is not the problem).

I hope someone can help me.

Hi Alex,

Still having your issue?

It would probably help to look at a wireshark/tcpdump trace and try to
figure out what happens on the sip level. Skimming through SIP
Communicator's log files might also come in handy.

Hope this helps
