[sip-comm] About Local SIP server

#1

Hi,all

I replace the 'iptel.org' in the sip-communicator.xml with my Local
IP Address.

Then I run sip-communicator.bat,when there is one interface to
register. But I dont know how to register.

Does it means the Client and Server both running in my Local PC? and
how to register the first User ,such as "seebeyond@210.31.44.XXx"?

Thanks .
