Similar windows dimension(width and height) to participants

I have installed Jitsi Meet server locally.
In a 2 participants meeting there are usually 2 Video windows: a small one for the local participant and a big one for the remote participant.
Is it possible to have them both a similar dimension windows in the middle of the screen?
If yes, then how?
