Could I check whether it is feasible / possible that in a video call, we default the caller to see the video of an avatar, instead of the other person? Something like the image I have posted below.
Context:
We are working for a call centre client. They would like the incoming caller to see the video of a 3D avatar, instead of the call agent.
On the other hand, the call agent should see the face of the incoming caller.
