Self Signed Server does not work with Android Element client

Hello.

I installed Jitsi-meet in the closed local network. all IP address and URL were set in /etc/hosts file.
I created self signed Root CA and signed Jitsi server public key.
I install the self signed Root CA in Android device and Firefox browser.
Firefox can access Jitsi server but android element client cannot access Jitsi server.
I captured TLS connection packets but it is TLS1.3, so I cannot see anything.
(At least, Jitsi client tried to make TLS connection to Jitsi server)
I did the same thing with old version of Android element and there was no problem.

Android Jitsi lib log is
[features/base/lib-jitsi-meet] Failed to load config from https://jestun.jitsi.ae/config.js?room=wfxpydlv7n8rmvkb35227f Error(TypeError){“message”:“Network request failed”,“stack”:“index.android.bundle:115:8201\nindex.android.bundle:603:498\nvalue@index.android.bundle:29:1293\nvalue@index.android.bundle:45:3557\nindex.android.bundle:45:674\nvalue@index.android.bundle:45:2504\nvalue@index.android.bundle:45:646\nvalue@[native code]”}

Thanks in advance.

For mobile clients, you need a full-chain, trusted certificate; self-signed certs don’t work…
