Screen sharing sometimes shows black screen

I am having screen sharing problem. I would like to point out that it’s not something I always come across. When I share the screen share, TileView and the screenshot I shared appear as a black screen and the people in the meeting see the black screen in this way. If I turn off screen sharing, this black screen remains unless I refresh the page. However, when I join the conference with refresh again, I can share the screen. Any idea why this situation occurs? How can I solve it?
