SCREEN SHARING - Not working for 3 or more users in a room

Hi! We have encountered with similar issue as described here, but the workaround didn’t work for us. Everything is working, voice and video, and screen sharing for two participants, but when the third one enters we see a black screen instead of the participant’s screen. We are using jitsi version 2.0.7001 on Debian 10.

The error we see in the browser console is:
Logger.js:154 2022-04-15T15:03:08.295Z [modules/RTC/BridgeChannel.js] <Co._send>: Bridge Channel send: no opened channel.

hi @tyomikjan,

  • Do you have additional JVBs?
  • Is this an upgraded setup or newly installed?
  • Do you have valid TLS certificate?
  • Is UDP/10000 publicly accessible?

@emrah, we have only one JVB and it’s a new installation of jitsi-meet. The TLS certificate is valid and the UDP/10000 is accessible(tested with nc). The thing is that jitsi is running behind proxy on, so maybe this could generate issues.

@emrah, this is a snippet dedicated to jitsi from our apache config, idk if this is relevant

     Alias "/video/config.js" "/etc/jitsi/meet/ourdomain-config.js"
     <Location /video/config.js>
        Require all granted

     Alias "/video/external_api.js" "/usr/share/jitsi-meet/libs/external_api.min.js"
     <Location /video/external_api.js>
        Require all granted

   RewriteEngine On
   RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/video/[a-zA-Z0-9]+$
   RewriteRule ^/video/(.*)$ /video/ [PT]

   ProxyPreserveHost on
   ProxyPass /video/http-bind http://localhost:5280/http-bind/
   ProxyPassReverse /video/http-bind http://localhost:5280/http-bind/

Alias "/video" "/usr/share/jitsi-meet"
<Location "/video">
    Options Indexes Includes MultiViews FollowSymLinks
    AddOutputFilter Includes .html
    AllowOverride All
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all

There is a websocket issue. There should be some old posts about Apache & websocket config.
