Schedule a meeting at a particular date and time using API

I want to use Jitsi API to schedule a meeting at a particular date and time. I dont seem to be able to find a way to do it. I can schedule instant meetings without issues. How do i go about it? Thanks

This is usually handled by an external application, and integrated using the Reservations plugin.
