Safari Microphone issues

Hey all. We have been having a problem recently with safari users where their audio will just stop working mid call. If you toggle the microphone device to a different option then back the audio starts to work again for a while then stops… We also discovered during our trouble shooting process that if you join a call with just 2 users and both are on safari, the camera and audio will appear inactive to the other user. Any thought on what may be the issue? Mac BigSurOS Ver 11.2.3 and Safari Version 14.0.3 using not a self hosted server.

Hi, it might not be the solution you want, but… can the users use Chrome, and see if the issue still happens?
