Running docker-jitsi-meet on one host but JVB on secondary IP

I have a fairly standard docker-jitsi-meet installation up and working well. My only issue is with users who are firewalled and can’t connect to UDP 10000 or TCP 4443. I’d like to have JVB listen on 443, but obviously jitsi web is already using 443. I have the ability to get a secondary external IP for the host, but I am having trouble figuring out how I can get JVB to listen on that secondary IP as well as pointing the other components at that secondary IP. Any ideas?
