I apologize if there is a solution in the community and I did not see it

You are trying to run jvb with an older java version where you need to use java11.

@damencho thank you

my java is

java -version
openjdk version “1.8.0_292”
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (AdoptOpenJDK)(build 1.8.0_292-b10)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (AdoptOpenJDK)(build 25.292-b10, mixed mode)

if i use java11 it will have an impact for jibri ?

Nope, for sometime now the supported version is java11 and and rest cannot start with java8

thank you @damencho

for the people who are going to have this problem just do it like this

update-alternatives --config java

then there is a list of java you enter the number of java 11
and you finish by restarting the service

/etc/init.d/jicofo restart && /etc/init.d/jitsi-videobridge2 restart && /etc/init.d/prosody restart
