Remote Participant video not showing when 2 participants are in the meeting

Remote participant video not showing when 2 participant are in the meeting room(self and one other) when join the meeting from Android mobile.
It is working when participant count is greater than 2.
Video is showing when one user join the meeting from web browser and other one join from android mobile.
But if both user are join the meeting from android. remote video is not showing.

Do you have any adb logcat logs? What app versions did you test? Against what server?
