when trying to record from meet.
getting an error as
" ooop’s ! recording service is currently unavailable. we are working on resolving the issue please try again later"
as our application is in live can some one help with this error

Are you hosting your own Jitsi server? Do you have Jibri set up?
Yes , we are hosting on our own server.
And setup of jibri is done
Looks like the Jibri setup is not working.
can any help me out, how can i enable recording work ?
Check your Jibri logs to see if they fail to start the recording.
Share your jibri.conf and your jibri log (log.0.txt).
