Recording unavailable

I try to record my conferences but I receive the message that recording is currently unavailable,we are working on resolving this issue.Is there any reason why I can´t record my meetings, do I have to pay to record them.Thanks.

It is as the message says – there is a know issue that the good folks at jitsi are currently resolving.

You wouldn’t need to pay. Things should hopefully be back to normal soon enough.

I also have had a problem with recording since yesterday.
