Recording issues

Hi, I am a new user of Jitsi meet, and I enjoyed the features a lot during my first experience. Now I am conducting a meeting , and I try to record the meeting. Once I Start Recording, I get a notification for “Upload to Dropbox” and approx space left etc. When I stop the recording, I get another notification “Recording stopped” etc. So all looks fine, however, I cannot see any files stored in my Dropbox>Apps>Jitsi Meet>Recordings which appears to empty.
Any help on this issue will be highly appreciated.
Second, is there an option for the meeting host to enable/disable recording by the invitees?
